Answer is quite simple. I was using old IAM role.
I've switched to new one with new metadata and everything is working fine.

I have been in the real estate business in Clergy Hollow
for about 27 years. I have been a director of the St. John's
United Methodist Church for the last ten years. I was the
first Trustee.
For a number of years I was treasurer of the St. John's
United Methodist Church and during my tenure in this position
I have had the pleasure of assisting a number of you in connection
with the purchase of the Church.
In the opinion of Mr. Greer and myself the present Trustees
are going to be just fine. They will have the advantage of years
of experience and also the wisdom of the rest of us that have
had to face those same problems that you will face when the
time comes for you to assume your new responsibilities.
In my opinion the present Trustees are the best that we could
possibly have.
The Church is a wonderful asset to the community.
